You can create subgroups under the Customers group and make certain officials see the users only in this subgroup. Due to this system, for example you can make your concessionaire in the city A support your client from the city A. To make this adjustment, right-click on the official to be restricted and select “Limitations” ---> “Limit for the group of customers” and make adjustments on the form appeared.
